Grace 101:
How to Become a Member of Grace Church

New Families and Individuals

Grace Church wants very much to know who you are and welcome you into our parish family. We are eager to discuss and explore with you how Grace Church might serve you. For any questions you may have, or for additional information, contact The Reverend Janice Robinson.

Membership for Episcopalians

Baptized and confirmed members of the Episcopal Church should request a Letter of Transfer from their former parish. Please contact the church office if you need assistance in obtaining your records from your former parish.

Breakfast with the Rector

The Rector, Janice Robinson, hosts breakfasts for newcomers to Grace Church on a quarterly basis. A letter of invitation will be mailed to you informing you of the date, time, and place.

“Grace 101”–Introduction to Grace Church

Special classes are held periodically on consecutive Sundays to help acquaint newcomers to Grace Church. Specific information is shared about the wide variety of opportunities for service, fellowship, worship, and corporate life together. Conducted by members of the clergy and the Newcomer Ministry, these classes provide an opportunity to ask questions, meet others new to Grace Church, and identify ways in which you can best use your gifts and talents.

Confirmation/Inquirers' Classes

Scheduled during the spring, these classes are open to those persons who are interested in learning more about the Episcopal Church, especially those seeking confirmation or wishing to reaffirm their Baptismal Covenant, as well as those desiring to be received into the Episcopal Church from another denomination. Exact dates are announced each spring.
