Rector Janice Robinson continues to unravel the Biblical message with us by providing a study of the history and culture
within which the various books of the Bible were written.
Wednesdays

Beginning February 20
Soup 'n Bread Studies
Beginning in the Undercroft we will share a simple meal of soup and bread prepared by participants, followed by "bread
for the soul" as we nourish hearts and minds.
Inquirer's Class
Starts February 20 and continues on February 27 and March 6. Further dates will be announced.
For those who are new to the Episcopal church and are seeking confirmation, reception or reaffirmation of their Christian
faith. This class is also for ALL people who are interested in looking with fresh eyes at what it means to be a Christian,
and specifically, what it means to call oneself an Episcopalian.

Patricia Scott-Clayton will facilitate a discussion following the viewing of the movie Jesus. Examine the question of
obedience and discipline with a fresh look at the life of Jesus. Location to be determined.
March 13, 20 and 27
Examine selections from John's gospel as told by Anne Sheldon and other Grace parishioners within the light of our Lenten
theme. How and why is this Jesus different from that of the other 3 gospel accounts?

Prayer Group

We will enrich our Lenten experience of prayer with a discipline of 20 minutes per day as guided by
Joyce Rupp's: The Cup of Our Life. If you've never tried this, join us - if you've used it before, come and
experience God's movement in your life as you renew your life of prayer in this way.
