Rector Janice Robinson continues to unravel the Biblical message with us by providing a study of the history and culture within which the various books of the Bible were written.

Wednesdays

Beginning February 20

Soup 'n Bread Studies

Beginning in the Undercroft we will share a simple meal of soup and bread prepared by participants, followed by "bread for the soul" as we nourish hearts and minds.

Inquirer's Class
Starts February 20 and continues on February 27 and March 6. Further dates will be announced.

For those who are new to the Episcopal church and are seeking confirmation, reception or reaffirmation of their Christian faith. This class is also for ALL people who are interested in looking with fresh eyes at what it means to be a Christian, and specifically, what it means to call oneself an Episcopalian.

February 20, 27, and March 6

Patricia Scott-Clayton will facilitate a discussion following the viewing of the movie Jesus. Examine the question of obedience and discipline with a fresh look at the life of Jesus. Location to be determined.

March 13, 20 and 27

Examine selections from John's gospel as told by Anne Sheldon and other Grace parishioners within the light of our Lenten theme. How and why is this Jesus different from that of the other 3 gospel accounts?

Thursdays

Prayer Group
7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
February 14 - March 21
Grace House

We will enrich our Lenten experience of prayer with a discipline of 20 minutes per day as guided by Joyce Rupp's: The Cup of Our Life. If you've never tried this, join us - if you've used it before, come and experience God's movement in your life as you renew your life of prayer in this way.
