Study of the story of Jonah
Grace parishioner and professional storyteller Anne Sheldon will lead us in this two-part series on one of scripture's
greatest stories. All of us are obedient to something or someone. The disciplines that we follow form us. To what or whom
was Jonah obedient? What about us? Join us!

The Gospel of John in Context
In this world of persecution for living one's faith, John's gospel may be especially instructive in looking at the ways in
which we reflect the divine in our lives and the ways in which persecution leads us to mirror back the culture that presses
in on us so significantly. What was the church obedient to as evidenced through the writings of this gospel that is so
different from the other three?
