The Reverend Janice M. Robinson, Rector, Grace Episcopal Church
Every Sunday beginning March 5 through April 9th
9:15 a.m. in the Undercroft
We will look at the Book of Common Prayer and the variety of liturgical celebrations contined in it, as well as looking at how scripture is the
basis for this book. We will look at the theology supporting the liturgy, how the synagogue worship is the basic pattern of Christian worship, and
finally turn to look at the ceremonial rituals that are a part of the liturgy, especially on Sunday. Some have often said that if you want to know
what Episcopalians believe, worship with them on a Sunday. This class will meet each Sunday of Lent at 9:15 a.m and continue until 10:15 a.m.
