One Tip at a time: “Dirty Dozen”
The foods that contain the
highest levels of pesticides are called
the “Dirty Dozen”.
These include: celery, peaches,strawberries,
apples, blueberries, nectarines, bell peppers,
spinach, kale,cherries, potatoes and grapes.
What to do?
When shopping try to choose items that are
labeled USDA Organic.
Organic foods are grown without the use
