Senior Celebration - Steve Dean to be Honored
The Diocese of Washington holds its annual Senior Celebration this Tuesday, May 7, at 12:00noon at Washington National Cathedral. Please join us as we honor Steve Dean as the Grace Parish Senior Honoree for 2012. Steve is a longtime Grace parishioner, who had been involved and led in a variety of ministries, including serving as Senior Warden (three times!). Everyone is invited to the Cathedral service to honor Steve and all the other honorees. (See the May Edition of Grace Notes for more details of Steve's outstanding service to Grace Church.)
UPCOMING: Mother’s Day Brunch –Sunday, May 12 The Men’s Group provides brunch between our two worship services in honor of all mothers. The Day of Pentecost - Sunday, May 19 One of the most important days in the Christian year and considered the birthday of the Church. Join us for our festival services as we remember the gift of the Holy Spirit descending upon the disciples. End of Program Year Picnic - Sunday, June 9 Join us as we end the program year in style with a parish wide picnic immediately after the 10:30 service. There will be great food and fun for everyone.
